We are looking for a Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the following disciplines: Audio, video, lighting, Q-sys programming, and networking and have the flexibility and willingness to travel regularly to job sites throughout the country. The Lead Installer will be responsible for implementing/installing highly technical AVL systems according to SESi standards, organizing and prioritizing tasks while on the job site, effectively troubleshooting a wide variety of technical issues, communicating with the end user throughout and directly after the installation, and training end users on new technical systems. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead other lead installers and assistant installers while at the job site.
• Work with system designers, engineers, and project managers to plan the install of the technical systems effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that system installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Complete continued education courses/certifications of new systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end users.
• Facilitate trainings for end users on new systems.
